All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Availability: Orders of $50 or more
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cavallo Shop purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Base Layers (due to direct skin contact)
- Body Protectors (safety equipment that must be properly fitted)
- Any items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Products without their original tags or packaging

Receive Return Authorization
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review it and send you:

Package and Ship Your Return

- All items are in their original condition with tags attached
